Cinema Paradiso Sweater Pattern

This sweater is knitted from the bottom up with set in sleeves. The edges are ribbed and the collar is rolled stockinette stitch. The sweater has a slight oversize fit.

• Men:  S (L).
• Women:  S (L).

MEASUREMENTS

• Men
  • Width across Chest: 60 (65) cm or 24 (26) inches
  • Width across lower edge: 55 (60) cm or 22 (24) inches
  • Length: 60 (65) cm or 24 (26) inches plus a lower edge band of 7 cm or 3 inches
  • Sleeve Length from underarm: 50 - 55 cm or 20 - 22 inches
  • Sleeve Length can be fitted correctly to desired length because the sleeve is knitted from the armhole to the cuff.
• Women
  • Width across Bust: 60 (65, 70) cm or 24 (26, 28) inches
    Length: 50 (55, 60) cm or 20 (22, 24) inches plus a lower edge band of 4 cm or 1.5 inches
    Sleeve Length from underarm: 30 - 40 cm or 12 - 16 inches plus a 4 cm or 1.5 inches cuff
    Sleeve Length can be fitted correctly to desired length because the sleeve is knitted from the armhole to the cuff.

  • Main Color: 150g Isager Spinni (shown in in Colour 4s)
  • 150g Isager Isager Alpaca 1 (shown in colour 47)
  • Stripes:   150g of Isager Spinni (shown in in Color 2s)
  • Stripes:   100g of Isager Alpaca 1 (shown in Color 0)
    
    
  • Hold 1 strand each of Spinni and Alpaca 1 together in colour combinations as specified in pattern.
• Women
  • Main Colour: 100g of Isager Spinni (shown in in Color 0)
  • Main Colour: 100g of Isager Alpaca 1 (shown in Color 0)
  • Stripes:  100g of Isager Spinni (shown in in Color 37s or 101)
  • Stripes:  100g of Isager Alpaca 1 (shown in Color 47)
    
    Hold 1 strand each of Spinni and Alpaca 1 together in colour combinations as specified in pattern.
    

NEEDLES

• 3.0 mm (US 2) and 3.5 mm (US 4)

GAUGE

• In stocking stitch (stockinette)
  22 stitches = 10 cm
  28 rows = 10 cm
