Shipping

For our EU Customers:

Tribe is signed up to the EU's IOSS scheme, collecting and remitting VAT on orders under €150 Euro (approx GBP£130) on your behalf. Parcels are sent with our IOSS / VAT details clearly displayed, and labelled duty exempt. You may be charged handling or processing fees by your local post office - but no VAT or duty should be charged. Orders over €150 are not currently covered by IOSS, and may be subject to import duty and VAT on reaching your jurisdiction.

We ship Domestically and Worldwide with Royal Mail and DHL Express. Our shipping rates are based on the weight of your order.

Packages are sent out Monday - Friday (except Bank Holidays).

We do our very best to post your goodies as soon as possible - usually the same day. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation e-mail as soon as your order leaves us. 

UK Customers

Any orders which can be mailed in an envelope (e.g. knitting needles and/or individual patterns) are sent 1st Class.

All "parcel" orders are sent using either Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service, or with DHL Express for next day delivery.

Choose Click & Collect at check out to collect your order from the shop from 10am - 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Track 48 Packages do not require a signature on delivery, and you will be emailed the tracking number if you provide your email address. You are able to allocate a safe place to leave your parcel if you aren't around to accept delivery (e.g. with a neighbour or in secure place on your property).

We strongly suggest that provide your mobile number if you'd like DHL Express delivery updates.

Orders sent 1st Class and Tracked 48 usually take 1-2 working days to arrive. DHL Express orders usually arrive the next working day, if your order is placed by 11am.

International Customers

All international orders are sent via Royal Mail Airmail and charges are based on the weight of your order.
Europe: orders usually arrive within 2 - 5 working days 
Rest of the World: orders usually arrive within 5 - 7 working days

DHL Express:
Alternatively, we can send your orders with DHL for 1-2 day shipping to Europe, USA and Canada; 2 day shipping to Hong Kong and Japan; 3-4 day shipping to the remainder of the world (approx.)

All International parcels are sent with tracking with tracking code provided. A signature may be required upon delivery. For deliveries in rural areas, please allow extra time.

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be liable to taxes, duties, custom charges and extra fees charged by the courier company at destination. Payment will need to be made by the recipient and we cannot be held responsible for any charge once the package has been shipped from our HQ. Please note the custom process might incur additional delays.
