We decided to make "Tribe Rewards" available to reward our loyal customers for choosing us, as a way to give back, and to say Thank you.

Points will expire in 12 months if not used. (Which makes sense, since they are for our loyal customers.)

Wish this wasn't a thing, but we reserve the right to deduct points from customers that create a ton of extra work for us, or are rude/unpleasant/bullying etc.
