Taj Kits with Silky Twist

We have created kits using amazing Silky Twist for Iris Schreier's stunning Taj patterns! The kit contains everything you need to make a statement shawl or tunic. (proper pictures and final measurements on the way!)
The main difference is that these patterns are knit on a 5.50-6.00mm needles, so the finished items will be larger than the Originals in Ensemble Light (which are knit on a 4.5mm needle).
• 4 skeins of Silky Twist, Artyarns' luxurious Silk/Merino blend in hand-dyed coordinating colours (4 x 200m, 4 x 100g) [shown in Rainbow Mountain and Ixora]
• 3 exclusive patterns* by designer Iris Schreier, worth £39 (via email link):
- a Triangle Shawl
- a Rectangle Shawl
- a Taj Tunic. The tunic is unfitted and meant to drape, and includes an option for sleeves, but you will need more yarn to add sleeves)
Just add your own size 5.5 or 6mm (US 10) needles.
(If you'd like to create your own kit with a mix any colours of Silky Twist, please order the yarn as usual (minimum 400g) and add a note with your order requesting the patterns.)
Each exquisite skein is hand-painted by artisans in the Artyarns Studio.
Please note: If you wish to make the tunic longer or shorter, you can add repeats in Chart 3, or stop Chart 3 earlier. If you're making it longer, you'll need more yarn.
If you'd like a narrower tunic, we recommend purchasing the Original Taj kits.
We also recommend knitting from the Charts instead of written instructions.
*The patterns are written for the Original Kits in Ensemble Light. We suggest knitting the patterns with 5.5 or 6mm needle when using Silky Twist. -
