    Construction of sweater No. 67
    The sweater is worked in Le Gros Lambswool, top-down in the round, in stockinette stitch with purl stitch motifs.

    Yarn

    Colour 1: Biches & Bûches Le Gros Lambswool 400/500/600/600/700g
    Colour 2: Isager Alpaca 2 50g for all sizes
    (Shown in Le Gros Lambswool Dark Grey Brownish Undyed + Alpaca 2 colour 3)

    Dimensions of the finished sweater

    Small: chest width 55cm/21.75” - length from underarms and down (front) 34cm/13.25” - sleeve length 43cm/17”

    Medium: chest width 63cm/24.75” – length from underarms and down 34.5cm/13.5” - sleeve length 39cm/15.25”

    Large: chest width 68cm/26.75” – length from underarms and down 35cm/13.75” - sleeve length 37cm/14.5”

    X-large: chest width 73cm/28.75” – length from underarms and down 35.5cm/14” - sleeve length 34cm/13.5”

    2X-large: chest width 78cm/30.75” – length from underarms and down 36cm/14.25” - sleeve length 32cm/12.5”

    Ease : the sweater is intended to have approx. 18cm/7” positive ease in chest width.

    Tension/gauge

    15 sts and 23 rounds = 10cm/4” in stockinette stitch using Le Gros Lambswool and the larger needles.

    Suggested Needle Sizes

    4.5mm/UK7/US7 circular needles and dpns for the sleeves.
    4mm/UK8/US6 circular needles for the ribbing and dpns for the sleeves.
