      It is knit from the bottom up in pieces and seamed together before picking up stitches to knit the collar and then closing the final seams.

      Any of the 3 sizes can be knit from just 4 balls of yarn making this a real bargain.

      Scotland 2 is Sesia's rather brilliant take on a traditional tweed yarn. Developed to mimic traditional Shetland yarn - it has all the softly mottled colour, subtle flecks and slightly rustic appearance we want from a good tweed, but without the itch.
      It gives you plenty of character without the coarser feel traditionally associated with many heritage-style wool yarns.
