  • New for 2021 - beautiful, 100% Organic Linen by Isager!

This 4ply yarn can be knit as a single strand or double stranded for a fabulous Summer garment or accessory, or held together with other yarns like Alpaca 1 or Alpaca 2.

Isager linen wears beautifully with a classic elegance, and unlike many fibres, gets better with wear!

This selective and thoughtful palette has been dyed on unbleached linen, and is the perfect alternative for those who can’t wear wool.

[Hør Organic used individually on 3 mm needles = 26 sts / 34 rows
    Hør Organic & Alpaca 1 held together on 3 mm needles = 20 sts / 24 rows
    Hør Organic & Alpaca 2 held together on 3.5 mm needles = 18mm / 22 rows
Hør Organic double stranded on 4 mm needles = 19 sts / 20 rows]

  • ISAGER YARNS

Renowned for classic yarns made from natural fibres, well suited for knitting, crochet, weaving and embroidery.

All the wool qualities are ideal for felting and for dyeing with plant dyes.

It is important to us that our yarns are produced with the greatest amount of care taken to both animals and humans.

Yarns bearing the same numbers can replace each other and a number 1 yarn combined with a number 2 yarn can be worked together to make a yarn equivalent to a number 3 yarn.
Yarns marked with * are suitable for machine knitting.

    THE COLOUR RANGE

Carefully created so the colours work well together both within and across the qualities. We rarely change the colours, as the range primarily consists of BASIC COLOURS, amongst which contemporary colours can always be found.

The colours and qualities of our finer yarns can be mixed to create unique pieces.

As a rule, single ply, densely spun yarns should not be used individually for working in the round, as they may pull the finished work. When worked together with other qualities this problem is avoided.
