  • The newest addition to our wonderful Silk Mohair collection at Tribe!

Like our other Silk Mo's, Kid Seta is a stunning, soft, voluminous yarn, perfect for using along, doubled up, or held alongside another yarn.

Perfectly light weight, you can use it to achieve gauge, warmth and extra extra softness.

Kid Seta is made especially to Gepard from the highest quality clips of mohair, which comes from the same 3 farms each year. The quality ensures softness, shine and minimal shedding, as well as the utmost standards of care for both the animals and people producing the yarn.

This one has a full 30% of Silk in the blend, which gives it more lustre and strength than other Silk Mos.

We consider this one a "luxury yarn" for sure. We have picked out colours that aren't repeated with our other silk mohairs, and are colours we had to have! They are beautiful with so many of our yarns, including other Gepard yarns.

    You'll love it!

  • This popular Danish brand was created in 1989 by Sus Gebhard.  Gepard Garn’s mission is to keep on providing high quality yarns, and inspiring patterns that bring joy to all the creative crafters who love to knit – just like we do.

Gepard collaborates with small, family-owned, Italian yarn mills with tradition and extensive knowledge of spinning and dying – the sort of knowledge that makes them among the premier in Italy both for trend product and classic yarns.

We love the fact that these yarns are unique, high quality and yet accessible. And we love the colour palettes which are always fun and easy to style.
