Raffle Terms & Conditions

Draw date for the NOVEMBER raffle is 28th November at 8pm, at Tribe Yarns, Unit 14 Comielaw Farm, Pittenweem, KY10 2RE, the raffle will be drawn with two witnesses. Raffle tickets will be drawn randomly.

The Name and Address of the Responsible Person is Milli Abrams, Unit 14 Comielaw Farm, Pittenweem, KY10 2RE.

Registered name of Society: JustOneMoreRow.Org (1225).

The raffle is open to anyone over the age of 18, any player found to be under the age of 18 years will automatically forfeit the prize.

Tickets are £5 each with discounts applying when more than 4 tickets are purchased at a time:
Buy 5-14 tickets - get 20% off  [£20 minimum spend]
Buy 15-39 tickets - get 33% off [£50 minimum spend]
Buy 40+ tickets - get 50% off [£100 minimum spend]

Tickets can be bought online at https://www.tribeyarns.com/products/tribe-jomr-raffle-the-final, in person or over the telephone by phoning Tribe Yarns on +44 (0)1333 406789.

Tickets can be paid for by cash, debit/credit card on the phone, or online payment options on the Tribe Yarns website.

Raffle tickets will be entered into the draw only when the whole payment is received. Ticket numbers will be assigned to the buyer. These numbers will then be entered into the draw.

Prizes will be allocated in order of the tickets being drawn from the 1st prize down to the last one. The result of the raffle draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

Prizes will be shipped directly into the winners’ address within 28 days of the draw. Complimentary prizes will be included in the package if the winner agrees to pay for postage.

Winners will be notified by email in the first instance and the results will be published on our web site. 

Tribe Yarns and JustOneMoreRow.Org accepts no responsibility for shipping address errors, or for any technical failure or event which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted.

Employees of the Tribe Yarns cannot participate in the raffle.

Tickets cannot be sold to or by anyone in the street.

All winners are required to co-operate with Tribe Yarns and JustOneMoreRow.Org's right to publish their win as and where deemed appropriate and to provide proof of age when requested.

Profits from the raffle will support JustOneMoreRow.Org.

Prizes are as advertised on the raffle ticket, there are no substitute prizes available.

By entering the Raffle, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any Raffle entry and participation instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. Any entries not complying with these Terms and Conditions will not be valid.
