Santi II is a bulky chainette version of the ever-popular DK weight Santi! Another completely exquisite yarn by Illimani!
SANTI II is a perfect blend of four luxury fibres (ultra fine merino, baby alpaca, yak, mulberry silk). Beautiful drape, softness and sheen. This extra special, squishy, ultra soft yarn provides even more warmth than other bulky yarns due to its chainette construction and the way it traps air.
Amazing for a special hat, cowl, gloves or shawl. -

Illimani has worked with thousands of artisans in Bolivia and Peru, many of which have mastered the art of knitting and crocheting. Our mission is to provide the materials and the inspiration to our customers to help them create their own artisanal textiles.
Illimani work along with international aid organisations to support artisans in the Bolivian and Peruvian Andes commercialize their products in the North American markets.
