Abraxas Vertex is knitted from tip to wide border to make an asymmetric triangle – growing little by little, two steps forward, one step back.

A simple cable pattern lends an intuitive rhythm to the knitting and makes for a nicely, squishy texture. A contrasting border in mistake rib is knitted along with the body and this rib also completes the shawl in a generous final border.

You will also need:
3.5mm (US 5) 80-100cm (28-40") circular knitting needle

SHAWL MEASUREMENTS:
255 cm (100”) along the long edge
100 cm (39.5”) along the short edge

GAUGE (blocked): 20 sts x 24 rows  = 10cm (4") on 5mm (US 8) needles over hourglass pattern
