Just a quickie to share some super wonderful news with you! As of Oct 2021,Tribe is now IOSS registered! Woohoo!! 🎉
So this means that we can now ready to ship directly to our lovely EU customers with no nasty Customs interventions or delays on all orders under €150! YAY!!
Needless to say, it's not a cheap or easy process, but I'm so happy that we've finally been able to get this sorted!!
Just some small admin points:
From 11 October 2021, we will collect VAT at your local country rate at check out on orders under €150 (approx GBP£130), so you won't have to pay this when you are trying to receive your order.
You should get your parcels more quickly as they fast-track the customs procedures at borders!
Parcels are sent with our IOSS / VAT details clearly displayed, and labelled duty exempt. You shouldn't have any extra fees to pay, but if your local post office has other ideas re clearance fees, you might need to take this up with them.. (no VAT or duty should be charged).
Orders over €150 are not currently covered by IOSS, and may be subject to import duty and VAT on reaching your jurisdiction.
Note for our Czech and Romanian customers - these two countries are not yet participating in the IOSS scheme so VAT for orders for customers in these locations will not be collected at checkout. So taxes and handling fees may still apply when the items are delivered (coz they can't make things too easy for us, can they??...)
We are SO HAPPY about our new status and being able to ship to you again without all the surprise fees and delays!
