Jul 2022 is a beautiful vibrant colourway: "Golden Hour", which evokes lovely and lazy summer evenings spent at the beach. It is hand-dyed in such a way that it is self striping, as seen in this inspiration photo.
This colorway is hand-painted in such a way that it is self-striping. Lovingly dyed by artisans with brushes.

1. Golden Hour Shawl by Iris Schreier: knit with 1 skein of Merino Cloud, very easily expandable with more yarn. Enjoy every burst of colour stripe that naturally emerges while knitting. Add a shawl pin to make it the perfect sleeveless cover up.
2. Golden Hour Wrap by Lucinda Iglesias: a lovely whimsical wrap using the Merino Cloud Fade Kit combined with the contrast Merino Cloud H11 (1 skein). This fun wrap is a generous 20” x 84” piece and the sides are knit with a discreet icord edging. Optional embellishments include Pompoms and surface crochet to create a wavy design on the dark background (video links included)
PS - prices are for 1 skein of yarn. We often photograph more than one skein together so you get more "views" of the yarn, but unless you're buying a kit, each skein is sold individually.

Care: We recommend hand washing non-superwash, hand-dyed yarns. Although Artyarns are very consistent with their colourways, all hand-painted skeins are unique. If your project uses more than one skein, you may want to alternate / stripe the skeins. Block / wash in lukewarm water with some wool wash, and lay flat to dry. Artyarns set their dyes with steaming and thoroughly rinsing but differing water temperatures and chemicals can cause some dye to bleed in any yarn. If you're pairing light and dark colours, we recommend washing your swatch first to test for colour-fastness. |
