Stephen West 2020 Events Ballot Rules & Details

By registering interest in any of these 3 events, your name will be entered into a Ballot for one ticket for the relevant event:

17th: 2-5pm Colour Play

17th: 7-9pm Meet & Greet

Ballot closes on 31st December 2019 when names will be drawn and notifications sent out.
Payments for tickets must be made by 10th January 2020 or the chance will be forfeited and another name drawn and notified. Payments may be made in store during normal opening hours, or online via the emailed invoice.
Shawl Evolution and Colour Play tickets are £95 each. Meet & Greet Tickets are £20 each and include £10 discount off all Westknits Books on the evening.
Extra Ballot Entries will be automatically awarded and entered as follows:
- one extra entry per completed order with Tribe Yarns at any time until 31st December 2019
- one extra entry for each £20 spent with Tribe Yarns at any time until 31st December 2019
One event ticket per person in total, i.e. if your name is pulled for more than one event, you will keep the opportunity to attend the event for only the first ticket drawn.
If you enter the Ballot for more than one event, all automatic entries (as outlined in point 3. above) will be split between the event ballots entered
Names will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process.
All entrants should be over 18 years old by 16th April 2020.
